Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Brand & Offer Resonance Audit – Refunds
Because the Brand & Offer Resonance Audit is a live, time-based service that requires preparation and a reserved time on my calendar, all sales are non-refundable once your payment is processed.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule within the guidelines below, but refunds are not offered for missed or unused sessions.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your Brand & Offer Resonance Audit once with no additional fee if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session time.
To reschedule, please use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or contact me directly at [your email] at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and may result in forfeiting your session.
No-shows (not attending the session without prior notice) are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your session, we will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients and commitments. Late arrival does not extend the length of the session and does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.
Transferability
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and do not wish to reschedule, you may transfer your session to another founder (within the aesthetics, wellness, or coaching space) with my prior written approval. The new participant must agree to the same terms and policies.
Cancellations by The Brand Arc
In the rare event that I need to reschedule or cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
An alternative session time, or
A full refund if we are unable to find a mutually workable time
Scope of Service
The Brand & Offer Resonance Audit is a strategic consultation and does not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes. All decisions and actions you take as a result of this session are your responsibility.
